Products
We make all our ingredients in house, from the tortilla that forms the base of your taco to the salsa drizzled on top. Our Flour and Wholemeal Tortillas, Salsa Roja, Salsa Verde and Roast Garlic & Chipotle Salsa can be bought at Moore Wilsons, Hopper Home, & Commonsense Organics. Our products are made without additives or preservatives

Having a party, a work do, a shin-dig? Need a food truck for your wedding? We can set up at breweries, bowling clubs & backyards.
We'll take care of the food, so you can enjoy the party and be the centre of attention. Prince is mobile and can go where you go!

Our production [only] kitchen is located at 386 Broadway, Strathmore, Wellington. We share this kitchen with other producers and are not open for service from Strathmore. However you can pick up waste free tortillas & salsa orders from here if you order online.
