I'll come to your house with the ingredients, the recipe and any additional equipment required. You bring yourself, your choice of beverage, and a keen sense of learning and fun.
The class will focus on delicious vegetarian and pescatarian food with seasonal ingredients. Most of the recipes can easily be modified to add meat. We'll adapt to your environment so you can learn to make wonderful food with whatever kitchen equipment you already have.
At the end of the class, you'll have a new repertoire of dishes, a full tummy and a recipe card. The recipe card will include a list of ingredients, and where to buy these in Wellington.
Best of all, I'll do the clean up while you enjoy the food.
Pricing is based on the menu you choose and the size of your group. Most classes are designed
for 4-6 people. With a maximum of 8 people, all classes will be hands on.
One dish wonders - $50 per person
Two course menus - $60 per person
Three way menus - $70 per person

The duration of most classes will be between 3-4 hours.
This includes getting to know each other, food preparation, cooking, enjoying your kai, and clean down.
Booking and Cancellations
Enquire about booking a class with Easy as Kai. Upon confirmation of the class date and number of people, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required. Full payment will be due at the time of the class.
In the event of a cancellation, your deposit will be retained. If an amendment in the number of people booked is made less than 48 hours prior to your cooking class, their deposit will be retained, however the total price for the class will be adjusted.
