Peach, plum, or nectarine - most stone fruits make a delicious fruit pie. With double pastry, this pie is best served with ice cream!
In the winter, apple and rhubarb pies will become the feature.

A famous favorite for North Americans. I use New Zealand crown pumpkins for my pie, and yes, it will remind you of the pumpkin pie your mum, grandma or auntie used to make.

Need a chocolate hit? This pie will do it! The crust is made from gluten free flours and nuts, and the filling is dark chocolate and coconut. Also completely dairy free!

This pie is vegan, and delicious. One family thought it contained egg while because the custard was so light! My own recipe for coconut custard, plus roasted seasonal fruit.

I love American style dessert and fruit pies! In December 2015, I started commercially making pumpkin and seasonal fruit pies to sell at the Shelly Bay market. Currently, I am not doing any markets, however, the pies are available for custom orders, and I have a few gluten free and vegan pie options.
Great for a special occasion, potluck, party or holiday, a fruit pie makes a great dessert! All of my pies are completely handmade in Lyall Bay. Flavours change seasonally and are based on availability of fruit. Pumpkin pie is available mostly year round.
